Parish Prayer Ministry March 2018
Monday, February 26th 2018

‘A praying parish is a growing parish ; a growing parish is a praying parish .’ Please join us in praying for the following intentions this month.

We ask the intercession of St Patrick for the protection of our country from the evil of abortion.

That through the intercession of St Joseph those without work may find  suitable employment and experience the dignity of work; those contemplating marriage may be helped to prepare for their commitment; and those struggling to provide a home for themselves and their families may be appropriately housed.

That through the prayers of Our Lady our heavenly mother the political impasse in Northern Ireland may be resolved, devolved government restored, and all parties may work together in harmony for the common good.

That the children who have recently been confirmed as mature Christians will, with the support of their families, commit to growing in faith by putting Jesus first in their daily lives through prayer and  the Sacraments.

That those preparing to be received into the church at Easter may find support for their ongoing formation  as they strive to live the Christian life.

That those who do not come to church or who do so infrequently may be helped by our prayers to find their way back to the community of faith.

Thank You for hearing our prayers. Amen.

Our Father, Hail Mary , Gloria.
