Parish Prayer Ministry October 2017
Sunday, October 22nd 2017

‘A praying parish is a growing parish ; a growing parish is a praying parish .‘ Please join us in praying for the following intentions this month.

For the mission at home and abroad that through the intercession of St. Therese of The Child Jesus priests and teachers of the faith may freely exercise their ministry and succeed in their endeavours to bring all people to the knowledge and love of Christ.

That in this parish where the rosary is recited three times each day, Our Lady of The Most Holy Rosary, whose feast we remember this month, may be ever more loved and honoured and that the children of the parish may learn to pray with love to their heavenly mother and to rely on her help in all their needs.

That all of us may have a greater appreciation of the powerful help of our Guardian Angels;  that we may learn to call on them for assistance in times of temptation, invoke their protection each day, and thank them for their loving care of us.

That the practice of Eucharistic Adoration may become firmly rooted in our parish and its fruits become the source of a greater appreciation and love of the holy sacrifice of the Mass celebrated with great reverence.

That through the intercession of Pope St. John Paul II, who himself worked and studied under difficult conditions, workers’ rights may be respected and the unemployed be afforded the dignity to contribute to the common good.

Thank You for hearing our prayers. Amen.

Our Father, Hail Mary , Gloria.
